Scholarships and Educational Support
For the past 23 years, the trust has empowered 1,570 merit students and distributed scholarships amounting to more than ₹1.8 crores. Students supported by the trust have excelled in life, with some contributing back to the trust, proving the service model’s success.
Revenue Streams: Community Hall Rentals
Donations are placed in a corpus as fixed deposits, and the interest earned is distributed annually to meritorious students from economically weaker sections of the Godavari districts. Surplus revenue from the Smt Kantipudi Subbamma Kamma Mahajana Sangam Community Hall rentals is also added to the trust’s corpus. None of the trustees or members draw remuneration from the trust.
Auditing and Transparency
The trust accounts are audited annually by M/s Kantipudi & Co., Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, and tax returns are filed on time as per regulations.
